What is your role at CBM?

Inside Sales for Communications plus helping the C/I and Utility Groups

What skills do you bring to CBM that has helped you be successful?

I have always worked in customer service.  I enjoy working with customers helping to solve problems and coming up with solutions to meet their needs.  Quick responses and multi-tasking are just part of the job, plus having a good time and a few laughs helps too!

What gives you the most satisfaction working at CBM?

The relationships I have formed with so many people over the years.  And being part of a great team.  CBM is a wonderful company to work for and the people are great!

What are your hobbies interests outside of work?

Anyone that knows me knows how much I love animals.  If they come to my door they will be fed and taken care of.  I also like to garden, sew, cook, make jewelry, and hang out with my grandkids.

What is something that most people do not know about you?

Before moving to Missouri my family and I lived in Vermont.  My husband and I did professional fireworks.  It was very exciting back in the day when you lit them with a flare and cleaned out the mortars with a stick that had a nail on the end of it.  Now everything is done electronically.  Much safer.
