As Treasurer, I oversee the accounting, employee benefits and administer the ESOP plan.

What skills do you bring to CBM that helped you be successful?

I bring 25 years of experience in roles that include public accounting, banking, and real estate have provided me the ability to know what is needed for our financial reporting and banking relationship.  I come to CBM with a sincere desire to help our employee-owners needs to keep them well taken care of with their employee benefits.

What gives you the most satisfaction working at CBM?

Every single one of the CBM employee-owners.  I look forward to coming to work every day to work with and serving each of them with their CBM needs.  As an ESOP, I enjoy the opportunity to help our employee-owners understand what an ESOP is and how it benefits them.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?

Reading, cooking, spending time with family, and working on the new home we are in the process of building.

What is something that most people might not know about you?

My personal record for deadlift is 200 pounds.

What is something fun to share?

I can spot a four-leaf clover in a batch of clover.
