This provides the ability to remotely monitor up to 18 points of interest on the transformer, and provide you with trends, alarms, and visual and thermal images to confirm hot spots and temperature divergence in three phase systems.

This transformer quick mounting system holds up to three IM500 IoT modules and features high strength industrial grade magnetic mounts, capable of withstanding Hurricane category 1force winds (123.5mph). They are made of light weight non-conductive fiberglass, that can be installed and aligned by one person with no digging, trenching, or shutdown required. Once installed you can use SWI’s CloudSolution for configuration, monitoring, trending, and alarms. This solution from SWI also offers the ability to integrate with the utility’s SCADA via a gateway to get all the thermal data over DNP.
